Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our business! Your order is 100% insured and refundable. We do no accept the "physical" return of the item so there is no need to ship the item back to us.
Even with all the steps we take to protect your item, damages can still occur. Upon arrival, if your package has incurred damage during shipping, complete the Post Office Form 2856 immediately. Upon completion, notify us via phone or email that your package was received damaged. We will immediately place a Damaged Item Claim with the Post Office.
You may choose to have:
- Have your order replaced and re-shipped
- Receive a Customer credit applied to your account
Shipping Schedule
DOMESTIC: Because we want you to enjoy our desserts at the peak of flavor and freshness, we ship either 2-Day Priority or Next Day Shipping. INTERNATIONAL: Please note that International Express Mail is generally 6-10 days shipping depending on your country. We do not recommend Layer Cakes or fruit-filled cakes that will take longer than 2-days to ship.
OUR PROCESS:
DAY-1: You Place order
DAY-2: We pull orders from previous day to process and prepare to bake. Shipping scheduled and emailed to you.
DAY-3: Your order is baked and packed.
DAY-4: Your order is shipped; Your tracking number is generating during packaging. Watch your order travel with the email notifications received directly from USPS.
DAY-5: Order arrives via Overnight Air
DAY-6: Order arrives via Priority Mail 2-day shipping
